She has a loose tooth and she just can’t seem to leave it alone.
She made another dress today….
The girls were at it again today. My middle daughter asked if I had some old clothes that she could use to make something with. She already had an old pair of my jeans, so I gave her the dress I wore to the military ball in high school. She put it all together and came up with a little dress. So she is the designer and of course her little sister is her model…The future fashion industry stars.
My oldest….eating dinner, but not with us.
Just a quick picture for a quick post. After I finished eating I grabbed my camera and took a quick picture of the girls for tonight.
Today was day 3 of the last day of school. This is my oldest daughter’s first day of school. I had to get the picture of her in front the school quick because she didn’t want to be seen with her mom taking pictures of her. I didn’t even get out of the car.
We had a really long day today. I went to my friends house and took pictures of her sweet new little girl. She was a very sweet and good baby, but I have to admit that taking pictures of newborns is hard work and requires a lot of patience. I wish that I had a newborn every week to practice on.
After we finished there we went to the back to school fun fest that my church was having and I was asked to take pictures there as well. It was nice they gave away book bags, school supplies, a Kindle Fire, and shoes. They had vendors there to discuss different health concerns and to keep the community stay informed (http://www.twcsda.org/). But before I left my friend’s house she said “Let me take a picture of you and the girls. It can be your post for tonight.” Two out of three of the girls cooperated, but I was ok with that. I was just happy that someone offered to take a picture of us, instead of me being ghost mom.
I thought they looked so cute this morning so before leaving for church I took a few pictures of them. They were hamming it up and they knew they were looking good!!!
The girls went to their first game of the year tonight. They are so excited about being seniors. I pray that have a wonderful year. I pray that they have the best time of their lives…but not at the expense of getting good grades and focusing on getting ready for college.
So today was the first day of school for my youngest daughter. She told me that she didn’t have a good first day because she didn’t get to play inside… But I think she really did have a good first day because she told me about them dancing to music and how they looked all over the school for Pete the Cat. I think she’s going to have a great school year. I can’t wait to see all of the new things she will learn.
