Happy March everyone. Soon, the days will be longer and we will be outside having a good time. I had hoped to get out and have a little walk with the girls today, it was dark when we got home so maybe next time.
Today’s prompt – A Relationship
She loves Coco…She saved her money to get him. I told her if she saves $100 I would pay for the rest. She had the money and held on to it for a year. I tried to get her to spend it but she wouldn’t. After about a year we started looking for a chocolate poodle and found him.
Today’s challenge theme is Good for Me. Well, I thought about several different things to take a picture of today, but when it was all said and done I choose to take a picture of my girls. Well…at least the ones that would cooperate. They are good for me. They keep me on my toes, keep me pushing and striving to be a better person.
Here are my pictures for week 18. Maybe I’ll get week 19’s post up on time…or maybe I’ll continue my late trend…we’ll see next week.
My niece has the shutter bug. She was checking out my macro lens on her camera.
The girls hanging out with their baby sister.
Coco…always looking to see what he can eat.
Somebody is happy about getting snackeez in their Easter basket.
My sister-in-law and youngest niece with the baby. I guess she wasn’t ready for them to leave yet.
I have missed a few weeks of posting…well more than a few. So this is my catch up post. It has been an interesting and difficult transition from pregnancy to having a new baby. I never saw myself at this age having a baby, but it has been a blessing. With the birth of Fallyn I have begun a season of reflection, gratitude, thankfulness and a brand new perspective of my life. I have started a new journey and I’m looking forward to the lessons that I will learn from it.
I haven’t been taking as many pictures as I had anticipated. It has been challenging to find the time (little one likes to cry a lot) and then I was worried about good light, setup and crazy stuff like that. Well I don’t care about that now. I just want to capture moments when I can, even if she is crying. So here are some pictures from the last few weeks and hopefully I’ll get on the ball and continue to post weekly as planned.
Today we celebrated my niece’s 8th birthday. Like my middle child, she’s very creative and comes up with idea’s that you just wouldn’t think a child would have. She wanted a ninja themed birthday party. It was different and very cute. They kids had a great time!!
My husband felt like shooting some hoops today with the girls in our neighborhood park.
